Welcome to the official website for the California Advisory Council on Military Education (CA-ACME). This website contains important and up-to-date information for educators providing services to Veterans and active duty members and their families. Information on the website includes: CA-ACME Advisory Board Officers and Regional Board Officers; listing of the five CA-ACME geographic regions; membership application; regional meeting dates; donation letter; DOD policy letter allowing participation in state ACMEs by federal employees; and more.
We encourage your membership and participation in CA-ACME which will augment your professional knowledge and network capabilities. Membership is free and highly recommended especially for those who provide direct service to Veterans and military members.
CA-ACME leadership divided California into five regions and each region conducts at least two annual meetings. We recommend attending the meetings scheduled within your region. The meeting dates and locations are listed on the website. Since this is a member driven organization we encourage your ideas on topics for the meetings. Each Regional Chair develops the agenda based on membership participation and recommendations.
CA-ACME is incorporated as a non-profit organization and we welcome donations. Donations support the top initiatives identified and approved by membership. Please take a few minutes to review our donation letter.
We are always seeking volunteers to support the organization. If you are interested in volunteering please contact your Regional Chair.
